Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ScopeShock Studio as a guest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account Registration

You must provide an accurate name and email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
You may register one account per person.
Accounts may be suspended for misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Service Description

ScopeShock Studio is an AI-powered requirements analysis tool. You submit project briefs or requirement lists, and the service:

Segments your text into individual requirement statements.
Classifies each as Functional or Non-Functional using machine learning.
Detects ambiguous language and identifies vague terms.
Calculates scope risk scores for each requirement.
Generates AI-powered clarification questions, scope risk assessments, and cleaned summaries.

Credits System

New accounts receive a starting balance of free credits.
Each analysis consumes credits from your balance.
Additional credits may be granted by administrators at their discretion.
Credits have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and are non-transferable between accounts.

User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of the requirement texts and project briefs you submit.

By submitting content, you grant ScopeShock Studio a limited license to process it solely for providing the analysis service. This includes sending requirement text to third-party AI providers for generating summaries and suggestions.

You may delete your analyses at any time through the application.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the ML models or training data.
Circumvent or abuse the guest quota system (e.g., by rotating identities).
Share account credentials with others.
Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

AI-Generated Content

Analysis results — including clarification questions, scope risk assessments, and summaries — are generated by machine learning models and AI language models.

These outputs are advisory in nature. You should exercise professional judgment and not rely solely on AI-generated results when making project decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of ML predictions or AI summaries.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

ScopeShock Studio is not liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or consequences arising from the use of analysis results. The service is a supplementary tool, not a replacement for professional requirements engineering.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability or error-free operation.

Termination

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

ScopeShock Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice.

Changes & Contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
